FEATURES

Excel Workstations:
Flexible workstations for a wide variety of paint and prep processes, developed to meet the requirements set forth in EPA Federal Register 40 sub part 63 HHHHHH and NFPA.

Ceiling Light Layout:
High-efficiency color- corrected lights are arranged in the ceiling toward the outer edge of the plenum to allow for complete illumination of the entire vehicle.

Support Options:
EXCEL Workstations can easily be configured to be free-standing with structural steel supports (shown) or suspended from the shop ceiling.

Contamination Control:
GFS filters supplied with the EXCEL Workstations are certified to pass the ASHRAE test for 98% filter efficiency for excellent contamination control.

Modular Design:
EXCEL Workstations are constructed of standard panel sizes, allowing multiple length width and height options to suit any shop layout

• 24” tube-axial fans on intake and exhaust
• 2 hp high-efficiency motor on intake, 3hp high-efficiency motor on exhaust
• Filter monitoring gauge
• 4 inside-accessible ETL-listed light fixtures with color-corrected T-8 fluorescent tubes and energy-efficient electronic ballasts
• Control panel for operation of lights and fans, UL-approved, with exhaust fan interlock and light proximity switch interlock
• Heavy-duty curtain walls
