Ultra SpaceSaver
GFS’ exclusive SpaceSaver heat system is engineered to provide high-performance in a small package. All shops face the fact that floor space is expensive, and the need to maximize the useable area in your shop is extremely important. By effectively compacting a high-efficiency heat system into the same area as the paint booth cabin, GFS has opened up new possibilities for booth placement and body shop
arrangement for businesses that are short on space.
Effective Semi-Downdraft Airflow
GFS designed the SpaceSaver to utilize the proven airflow design of a semi-downdraft paint booth, but integrated the heater and fans into an innovative single-piece unit built into the plenum of the cabin. The SpaceSaver heater moves the air through the filtered ceiling, down over the vehicle, and into the twin exhaust boxes at the rear of the cabin.
'CAF Controlled Air Flow ceiling:
A design available only from GFS, the Controlled Air Flow ceiling is designed to improve the already efficient downdraft model. The main flow zone concentrates air movement over the vehicle, drawing overspray down into the exhaust pit where it is safely contained. The unique side airflow zones keep overspray from collecting on the AdvanceCure towers or lights, and help keep the booth clean and contaminant-free.

LOGIC 3 Control Panel
Designed with everything you need to control your booth. The LOGIC 3 comes standard with controls for optional AdvanceCure, Smart Flash, SmartCure and can be upgraded to include filter monitoring and Economy Mode with the purchase of an intake VFD. This panel is easy to use with a clear 6” monochromeinterface that provides all the information you need. The Logic 3 is an impressive yet simple control system for your booth. |

'ECO' OPTIONS:
AdvanceCure Accelerated Airflow System:
AdvanceCure Accelerated Airflow System is optional on the SpaceSaver. Adding AdvanceCure to the interior of the booth vastly improves the productivity of the equipment. AdvanceCure introduces controlled turbulence into the paint booth during the flash-off and cure cycles to rapidly draw vapors out of the painted surfaces. This increased airflow dramatically reduces the amount of time required for each paint job, and in turn, increases the profitability of your body shop. AdvanceCure speeds curing of both solvent-based and waterborne paints, so you can be sure that your finishing operation will improve today, and well into the future

Variable Frequency Drive
Two Variable Frequency Drives accelerate airflow during flash-off cycles, provide energy-saving smooth motor starts, and facilitate the operation of the booth in ‘Economy Mode’. This Economy Mode reduces energy and gas usage while the operator is not spraying, then switches back to regular operation when spraying resumes
