DESCRIPTION
Manufactured by Peregrine Industries Pty. Ltd. here in Australia, the Panel Air Filter – Washable FW air filters are available in all sizes from 100mm x 100mm up to 700mm x 1600mm in 9mm standard thickness (to fit most common return air grille slide channel), with the larger sizes incorporating bracing straps for added strength.
The frame is constructed using aluminum to prevent any corrosion damage before the filter media has outlived its useful life. The frame is held together by specially designed corner stakes that increase the overall strength of the frame and help to prevent excessive distortion during use. The media is available in both washable and disposable types (see table below) and is manufactured using only the highest quality fibres to prevent any breakage or excessive shedding during use.

April 12, 2010is designed to fit most common return air grille and as such it does not require any modification to the existing installation. When fitted with the standard washable media (FW/150) the media is colored white, so that it does not stand out when placed in a visible ceiling register. |

APPLICATIONS
The Peregrine Industries Panel Air Filter – Washable FW Filter is designed for use as general airconditioning and HVAC filters, and return air grilles. Available in both washable and disposable media, according to your specific requirements.
The FW filter can be installed into either front withdrawal holding frames or side withdrawal slide channels.
SERVICE/MAINTENANCE
Service to washable HVAC filters can be performed by simply washing in cold water and mild detergent up to 10 times, using an approved washing facility. This service can also be carried out be our trained service technicians if required (ask our representative about our competitive service/maintenance contracts to all types of HVAC and airconditioning filters). |
