DESCRIPTION

The Ultrastar Ducted Terminal Module (ULPA) air filters use mini-pleated wet laid glass fibre media efficiency of 99.9995% (ULPA) at 0.12µm particle size. Designed for easy installation and long service life. The media pack is 63mm (2.5”) depth with an overall unit height of 149mm (5.88”).

The Ultrastar Ducted Terminal Module (ULPA) air filters are designed for use in cleanroom as well as surgical rooms in hospitals etc. With all of the air filters that are sold being subjected to an efficiency and initial resistance test, quality and performance is virtually guaranteed.

FEATURES

• 99.9995% (ULPA) minimum removal efficiency at 0.12 micron sized particles
• 100% of filters are subject to an efficiency and initial resistance test
• Filters are “scan” tested according to IES-RP-CC-001.3
• Filtration Group's Patented (US Patent 4,963,171) manufacturing technology allows potting material to completely encapsulate pleats on all four sides
• 63mm (2.5”) mini-pleat media pack with an overall height of 149mm (5.88”)
• Maximized air filter media content for lower pressure drop and extended service life

• Adjustable dampers providing balanced and uniform airflow over the complete filter
• Built-in seismic holes and 51mm (2.0”) high continuous bead collar reduces
• 70% open face screen keeps the high performance of the media intact
• Frame Corners secured with corner clips and urethane seal
• Anodized extruded aluminium frames with galvanised hood reduce weight and need for structural support
• Protective screen is offset from pleat tip to eliminate wear due to vibration, installation and handling
