The Aerostar HV (High Volume) HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter are developed for demanding applications. Constructed with a robust, galvanised or stainless steel frame and our proven minipleat technology, the Aerostar HV HEPA air filter offers the ultimate in reliable filtration for the most critical of environments.

The Aerostar HV HEPA air filter has been specifically designed to perform in adverse, demanding, critical and sensitive conditions. The Aerostar HV HEPA not only provides security, but offers the lowest total operating costs of any high efficiency air filter currently available in the market today.
The Aerostar HV HEPA is capable of operating air flows of more than 3700 m3/hour @ 250Pa (initial resistance) for the 99.99% DOP, which is significantly more than the standard HEPA air filter, which is only capable of 1950m3/hour @ 250Pa (SC HEPA filter).
This increased media area in the Aerostar HV HEPA filter all leads to an extended service life and low pressure drop, thus yielding a low energy consumption.

APPLICATIONS
The Aerostar HV HEPA air filters remove a broad range of airborne contaminants, including fine dust, smoke, soot, pollen and radioactive particles. This filter is widely used to replace all conventional aluminium separator HEPA filters and other high efficiency HEPA products.
FINAL AIR FILTER applications include: electronic, nuclear, pharmaceutical, hospital, laboratory, aerospace, food processing and optical facilities.
PRE-FILTER for clean room environments and other critical applications where ULPA and SULPA filters are used.
SERVICE/MAINTENANCE
