DESCRIPTION
The Ultrastar HC (High Capacity) Wood Framed air filter uses hemmed edge, aluminium separators with wet laid glass fibre media with efficiencies of 99.97% and 99.99% at 0.3 micron sized particles. This filter contains 60% more media surface area in any given frame size, therefore lower resistance and extended filter life. Designed for easy installation and longer service life.

The Ultrastar High Capacity Wood Framed air filter is designed for use in Laminar flow Biosafety/Cleanbenches. With all of the filters that are sold being subjected to an efficiency and initial resistance test, quality and performance is virtually guaranteed.

- Built to withstand temperature levels up to 105 degrees Celsius for continuous use
- Frames are sealed on each side with solid resin sealant providing structural rigidity at an economical cost
- Sealed notched corners provide true to square dimensions with a leak proof seal
- Designed to withstand and operate in up to 100% relative humidity conditions
- Ball and Socket gasket joints at all corners prevent corner leaks
