ULTRASTAR INCINERABLE PANEL AIR FILTERS
DESCRIPTION
The Ultrastar Incinerable Panel air filter uses mini-pleated wet laid glass fibre media efficiency of 99.99% (HEPA) at 0.3µm particle size and 99.999% (ULPA) on 0.1 – 0.2µm particle size. Designed for easy installation and longer service life.
BENEFITS
The Ultrastar Incinerable Panel air filter is designed for use in Laminar flow Biosafety/Cleanbenches. With all of the air filters that are sold being subjected to an efficiency and initial resistance test, quality and performance is virtually guaranteed.

- 99.99% (HEPA) minimum removal efficiency at 0.3 micron sized particles
- 99.999% (ULPA) minimum removal efficiency at 0.1 – 0.2 micron sized particles – scanned
- 6.5 pleats per inch – maximum media content packed into a minimum of space
- 64mm media pack
- 100% of air filters are subject to an efficiency and initial resistance test

- 99.99% filters are “scan” tested according to IES-RP-CC001.3
- Built to withstand temperature levels up to 82 degrees Celsius for continuous use
- Designed to withstand and operate in up to 100% relative humidity conditions
- Ball and Socket gasket joints at all corners prevent corner leaks
APPLICATIONS
The Ultrastar Incinerable Panel air filters are designed to optimise performance in filtration applications for the food, automotive, aerospace, optical and biotechnical industries as well as for surgical rooms in hospitals.
SERVICE/MAINTENANCE
Service and maintenance can also be carried out by Peregrine Industries' trained service technicians if required (ask our representative about our competitive service/maintenance contracts to all types of HVAC and airconditioning filters).
