The Ultrastar SC (Standard Capacity) Wood Framed air filter uses hemmed edge, aluminium separators with wet laid glass fibre media with efficiencies of 99.97% and 99.99% at 0.3 micron sized particles. Designed for easy installation and longer service life

The Ultrastar Standard Capacity Wood Framed air filter is designed for use in Laminar flow Biosafety/Cleanbenches. With all of the air filters that are sold being subjected to an efficiency and initial resistance test, quality and performance is virtually garanteed.

- Fire Retardant & Standard Woodboard frames with depths of 78mm, 149mm and 292mm
- 100% of filters are subject to an efficiency and initial resistance test
- 99.99% filters are “scan” tested according to IES-RP-CC001.3

- Built to withstand temperature levels up to 105 degrees Celcius for continuous use
- Frames are sealed on each side with solid resin sealant providing structural rigidity at an economical cost
- Sealed notched corners provide true to square dimensions with a leak proof seal
- Designed to withstand and operate in up to 100% relative humidity conditions
- Ball and Socket gasket joints at all corners prevent corner leaks
