The Aerostar SL mini-pleat air filter utilizes a robust, corrosion and mould resistant galvanized steel frame together with our proven thread separator technology. The SL series mini-pleat air filter meets your high efficiency air filter needs while providing exceptional filter needs while providing exceptional filter integrity and consistent performance – even under the most adverse operating conditions.

The compact 100mm design requires less in-line space than some other types of high efficiency air filters, as well as requiring less handling, shipping, storage and disposable costs. The SL virtually eliminates frame and media collapse under adverse conditions such as high humidity, high temperature, fan shutdowns, variable air volume (VAV) and turbulent air flow situations. And, our mini-pleat technology improves air filtration efficiency without an increase in energy consumption.

APPLICATIONS
The Aerostar SL mini-pleat air filters are ideal for replacing low efficiency filters in any application – especially in tough operating environments. Especially for use in health care, commercial buildings, educational, industrial, and commercial applications to replace bulky bag and box style filters. The Aerostar SL mini-pleat is available in ASHRAE 65%, 85%, and 95% efficiencies (MERV 11, MERV 13 and MERV 14). Can also be used as a pre-filter for high efficiency applications or a final filter in HVAC systems.
Commonly used in portable air cleaning equipment and larger air handling units to reduce space requirements without sacrificing clean air.
